I am going to my first Maker Faire this May. Just wondering who else is going, and if there is anything I should know before I head out. Also, if anyone from Los Angeles is going, let me know if you want a ride. I will be driving from LA to San Mateo a day or 2 before the show.

It is a mix of quirky crafts faire, high tech DIY, wacky art and more. Best to read about it on it's own site to get an idea of what it is. I am not sure what the deal is with selling stuff there. I am just going for fun and to be inspired to push my self further with my ideas. -
