i was given a huge bag of leather scraps, mostly black. i have more than i need, and am willing to share. i've been working on a few little projects here and there, but would love to get together with some other clever peoples and do some crafting together.
anyone want to come pick up some leather scraps (as many as you want) and share inspiration on playa projects? i have a leather holepunch, leather needles, contact cement, and also some random scraps of fur.

Mon, May 14, 2007 - 7:11 AMDarn Im in Reno, and have just picked up on doing leather work. Ive been shopping thrift stores on sale days for random leather clothing then taking it apart to make new creations.
Being a fire performer, the leather streak has been wonderful, non-flamable!

we start after late dinner and go until you fall down. no one leaves the building. non-stop making, accompanied with cocktails, munchies and occassionally champagne (the machines get hard to operate after 2 glasses of the buubbly, really....)
i'll send you a pm, but perhaps there's other makers around?
