what should be done with this Lycra Tube skirt...keep it as it is or Deconstruct it..?

Its Slate Grey in colour //extremly Tight but very very stretchy which allows one to walk in it...its been in our attic for 7 yrs would like a few suggestions of what you would do..keep it as it is or deconstruct it..?
